Located just one block from the Olympic Sculpture Park, Myrtle Edwards Park and Pier 70, the Bellora is a luxurious 13-story tower with 89 units built in 2003. Designed by Snell Partnerships and developed by Murray Franklyn, the highrise includes studios, 1-bedrooms plus dens, 2-bedrooms plus dens and penthouses that range from 488 to 2,000 square feet. Bamboo, cork and Shoji walls (which divide the master bedroom from the living space) give units a Japanese influence. Many homes also include stackable parking spaces and have views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.
